How do I place an order?

How do I apply for an open line of credit?

You may request a credit application using our contact us form. We can send it to you via e-mail, fax, or regular mail. Once you complete the credit application and send it to us, we will review your information and contact you.

What are your payment terms?

Unless you have an open line of credit with us, all payments are due immediately, before your order is shipped. Credit card payments are authorized only until your order actually ships, at which time we will capture the funds. If you need special terms, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question 4:

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, if you are located outside Oklahoma, you are not required to pay sales tax. We are required to collect sales tax for orders that are shipped to addresses in Oklahoma, unless your company or organization is exempt from paying sales tax.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Lead times vary depending on the products you order. Generally, most orders ship within 1-2 business days and 98% ship same day as ordered. Please contact us for current lead times on specific products.

What is the warranty for your products?

How much are freight charges to ship my order?

We calculate freight charges based on your specific order. We use a variety of freight companies to obtain the lowest possible rates for our customers. Please contact us if you would like to obtain a freight quote before you place your order. We generally call all customers before we ship, in order to inform you of total shipping costs and to verify that what you had ordered matches best to suit your needs.

What is your online ordering return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Evaluation of the product will be made upon return to the manufacturer. If there is no damage to the merchandise, a full credit will be issued.

Do you ship worldwide?

With advance payment, we will be happy to ship to any international destination. We can offer a freight quote, or ship the merchandise freight collect.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

Yes, our minimum order is $50.00.

Do pipe beveling machines come with spacers?

Yes, all pipe beveling machines come with spacers to fit the range of pipe sizes that machine will cut. We also sell step spacers if you are interested.

Do pipe machines come with the torch?

No, but we do sell several types & sizes of torches that will fit all of our equipment.
