Mathey Dearman Light Chain Clamps offer the most advanced method of achieving quick, easy and precise fit-ups with the maximum amount of safety. The Dearman Light series of Single and Double Chain Clamps are durable and versatile as the Original Dearman Chain Clamp. Models are available in steel and stainless steel for 1” (25mm) to 36” (1372mm) pipes. The durable lightweight clamps aligns pipes up to schedule 40 and reforms pipes to schedule 20. Each Clamp covers a range of 8 cage clamp sizes

The Lightweight Dearman Light Chain Clamp is best tool for aligning pipes and fittings. Complete welding of the pipe and fittings can be accomplished without removal of the clamp. The 4” (102mm) – 20” (508mm) Dearman Light Chain Clamps and larger comes with Level and Support Device to hold elbows, tees and other fittings in place reducing the risk of injury to the operator.

The Jackbar Jackscrews gives the welder the ability to obtain the optimum “Hi-Lo” and weld gap fit-up of pipes or fittings. The Jackbar Jackscrew pad pivots to handle uneven surfaces encountered during pipe alignment.

The Jackbars spaced around the circumference of the pipe provides concise alignment of the pipe internal or external diameters within 1/64 of an inch or less. Spacing Screws can be added to the Jackbars when precise weld gap adjustment is required. Each clamp includes the number of Jackbars for its range, Main Block, Chain, Fine Adjustment Level and Support Device, Storage Box, Clamp Wrench, and Parts and Operating Manual.
